• The Ziggo eBattle – Ajax Next ePlayer is played on the PlayStation 4 or the XBOX One;
  • The Ziggo eBattle – Ajax Next ePlayer is a FIFA 19 tournament
  • The Ziggo eBattle – Ajax Next ePlayer is a 1-vs-1 tournament;
  • The Ziggo eBattle – Ajax Next ePlayer is a direct knock-out tournament: in case of a loss, a player is immediately eliminated;
  • Participants must participate the Ziggo eBattle of their own region
  • Participants must play the matches while being located in their own region
  • Every player must play with their own FUT-squad, Ajax is justified to change the required squad
  • Every player must play the matches with the official Ajax home or away jersey
  • Playing the matches with the use of the Johan Cruijff ArenA is preferred
  • All games will be played on ‘Online Friendlies’;
  • The difficulty level must be put onto ‘Legendary’;
  • Every game must be set at 6 (six) minutes per half; Ajax is justified to change the minutes per half
  • In case that a game finishes in a draw after 90 minutes, a new game is started immediately. This game will be played according to the ‘Golden Goal’ principle: the player to score first will win the game. In case this game finishes 0-0, the moderator will toss a coin to draw a winner;
  • Players who aren’t online at the designated starting time will automatically lose their game with 0-3;
  • The maximum number of participantsper tournament will be decided by Ajax
  • At least 1 (one) day before the start of the tournament de player will be notified if he/she is (not) selected to participate;
  • The top-16 of every PS4 tournament will qualify for the monthly Play Offs. The top-4 of every Xbox One tournament will qualify for the monthly Play Offs, except for the third Xbox One tournament where the top-8 will qualify for the monthly Play Offs.
  • The terms and conditions for participating the Play Offs will be provided later
  • The price per tournament will be announced by Ajax
  • The travel- and accommodation costs of the finalists are the responsibility of the participant;
  • The offline finals will be played exclusively on the PlayStation 4;
  • A spot for the offline finals of a player who has qualified is in no case transferable to another player;
  • A player may sign-up for every tournament, regardless of if he/she has participated before, except he/she that already has qualified for the Play Offs
  • Everybody is allowed to participate in the Ziggo eBattle- Ajax Next ePlayer. Ajax is justified to disqualify attendees. Disqualification is to Ajax’ discretion.
  • In case of fraud or cheating the tournament moderators (Ajax) is justified to immediately disqualify the player and ban him/her of all future events concerning Ajax eSports;
  • A decision/clause made by the tournament moderators (Ajax) is binding at all times and can only be changed or reversed by the tournament moderators themselves.
  • In case two players can’t connect with each other, the NAT-type of both players will be reviewed. Since NAT-type 2 is optimal, a player who deviates from this will be seen as the cause of this connection issue and will therefore be disqualified. If both players deviate from this optimal NAT-type, the internet connection of both players will be compared and the player with the lowest internet speed will be seen as the cause of this connection issue. Therefore, he/she will then be disqualified.
